The Willow office staff might include 9-5ers, but that doesn’t mean you have to be! This organization complies with our employees’ best interests. Despite being an early bird or a night owl, Willow will accommodate your schedule accordingly.

Rates:

$25-$45/hour – rates increase with experience and with the availability of contracts.

We prioritize candidates that can cooperate and communicate effectively in concurrence with relevant healthcare staff and under the guidance of RNs, as well as the ability to ensure adequate attention and compassion towards their patients.

Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisor
• Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens
• Ensure the health, comfort and safety of patients by assisting with bathing, feeding, and dressing
• Monitor and report changes in patient’s condition to supervisor
• Document patient interactions as needed
• Typically report to a registered nurse or supervisor

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Accredited Nursing Program Graduate
• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse State of PA License
• Pass State-Required Background Check
